About the Role
As a Barista, you’ll be the face of the coffee experience — crafting consistently high-quality beverages, engaging customers with a warm and professional manner, and contributing to a fun and efficient working atmosphere. Our client is looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and bring enthusiasm, precision, and personality to their craft.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to company standards
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and knowledgeable approach
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café environment
Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently
Manage stock levels and assist with inventory as required
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily service goals
Follow health & safety and food hygiene procedures at all times
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a barista or front-of-house café role is preferred, but not essential — training is provided
A genuine passion for coffee, customer service, and hospitality
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
A flexible attitude towards working hours, including weekends
