You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing guidance, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers
Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a positive tone
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Keep customer records up to date using internal systems
Meet KPIs relating to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good IT literacy and accuracy in data entry
Patient, empathetic, and customer-centric
