About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing guidance, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers

  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a positive tone

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

  • Keep customer records up to date using internal systems

  • Meet KPIs relating to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Good IT literacy and accuracy in data entry

  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-centric
