About the Role

This is a broad HR generalist role ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for employee engagement. You'll be a key point of contact for HR queries, onboarding, and day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR policy guidance

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Assist with recruitment administration and interview coordination

  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee data

  • Support payroll and benefits administration

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years' experience in a HR support or generalist role

  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards it (Level 5 a plus)

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information

  • Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
