About the Role
This is a broad HR generalist role ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for employee engagement. You'll be a key point of contact for HR queries, onboarding, and day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR policy guidance
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with recruitment administration and interview coordination
Maintain accurate HR records and employee data
Support payroll and benefits administration
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
What we're looking for
1–3 years' experience in a HR support or generalist role
CIPD Level 3 or working towards it (Level 5 a plus)
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
