About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for staff and student technical issues, resolving software, hardware, and network queries, and ensuring minimal downtime.
Job Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for users
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Troubleshoot network and printer issues
Maintain accurate logs and asset registers
Support IT projects and system upgrades
What we're looking for
2+ years of IT support experience
Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365
Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and time-management
UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
