About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for staff and student technical issues, resolving software, hardware, and network queries, and ensuring minimal downtime.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for users

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

  • Troubleshoot network and printer issues

  • Maintain accurate logs and asset registers

  • Support IT projects and system upgrades

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of IT support experience

  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365

  • Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communication and time-management

  • UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
